Our Journey of Growth & Innovation

Since our founding in 1989 by Mr. Johnson Hsu, we've been driven by a passion for progress and a commitment to quality.

• 1998: We took our first step into the global market by launching OEM collaborations with Pentair Pump Group for the U.S. wholesaler sector.
• 2001: Established our first manufacturing facility in China, setting the foundation for scalable growth.
• 2002–2005: Expanded across Southeast Asia with new warehouses in Vietnam and Indonesia, and a regional office in Thailand.
• 2006: Launched an OEM collaboration with Franklin Electric through the utility and sump pump market for the US DIY Sector
• 2007: Strengthened our China market presence by founding a dedicated trading company.
• 2012: Further expanded our regional footprint with the launch of a new facility in Indonesia.
• 2016: Entered the construction space by merging with a heavy-duty pump manufacturer.Expanding the Product line into 75 HP
• 2018: Launched a new, high-capacity facility in Vietnam, accelerating production and logistics.
• 2019: Diversified into energy-efficient technologies by investing in a BLDC motor company.
• 2020: Deepened that innovation with a strategic investment in a BLDC driver company, boosting integration and performance.
• 2022: Expanded our China facility by 6,500 m², increasing production capacity and efficiency.
• 2023: Launched our own BLDC motor production line, solidifying our position in smart energy solutions.
• 2024: Took the next step toward a greener future with our BLDC exhaust fan production line.
• 2025: Expand the Indonesia Warehouse facility by 3000m², with a service center to support Southeast Asia customers.
