IPQC, Incoming Product Quality Control
The quality assurance department is responsible for conducting the corresponding quality assurance within the normal range of services for all extended products and services. Our policy includes tasks of approving vendor list checks, evaluating supplier quality records, sampling of incoming materials based on the manufacturer's standard, performing dimension, visual, and functional inspection of material samples, monitoring quality control charts of inspected properties, and alerting engineering of significant deviations. We are dedicated to continuously enhancing the IQC process. On rare occasions, a special re-purchase application will ensure the delivery time. The application is followed by a quality improvement notice and return forms, reducing quality problems and controlling inventory safety.
2
Manufacturing and Inspection
In-process product testing
Before production assembly, we apply first-article inspection after process setup. While conducting production assembly, we conduct in-process audits to ensure processes are up to standard and to identify factors needing improvement, including standardizing testing equipment. Defects parts from quality assurance judgment will be returned according to quality assurance policy, and quality-passed products head to storage.
3
Control of substandard products
To mitigate the product problem, we employ statistical control techniques and monitor for significant deviations. We investigate all substandard products with our experienced quality control departments, auditors, and sales representatives. The investigation report will be reviewed and approved by the general manager. All corresponding units keep track of the record to prevent problems in the future.

OQA, Outgoing Quality Assurance
OQA performs visual and functional inspection, including product performance, accuracy, safety, and appearance. After inspection, the product will be packaged. We call products ready for immediate shipping as delivery inspection. All inventory products will undergo delivery inspection before shipping. The process prevents any unqualified products from being handed to our users. OQA is very important in ensuring the validity of every previous processes. Most importantly, we value our brand image and make our product reliable to every customer.
